10 Future Technologies That Will Change The World

There were times when we used to play Tetris on an awkward looking device with two battery cells on the back which used to make our days. Enter touchscreen smartphones, the world was a different place altogether. Then came touch screen Laptops, TVs, Refrigerators, Washing machines, cars and what not. World changed for good. Children today will never know the toils we used to endure to connect to the internet. Similarly, when they grow old, their kids will make fun of them as well when touch screen smartphones, tabs, PS4 and Xbox will be ancient. Considering the change in technology with every passing day, here is the list of future tech that will change the world forever:

Screenless Display

According to Hollywood, Robert Downey Jr. is already using Holographs in his mansion and people away from each other use holograph phone calls to connect with each other. In reality, this is the technology that could be utilized in the very near future. Scientists are finalizing a range of devices that could allow you to view images without the screen display. These devices are basically devices that consists of projection chips and hologram machines and they are considered to be a part of the next generation of technology.

Virtual Reality

This technology is predicted to become revolutionary amongst consumers. With a main focus on video gaming because it's a bigger industry for virtual reality than movie industry. Consumers are given an experience where they can actually get into contact with the situations the deal with in games. A similar approach could be replicated into the movies and a movie goer could sit in the scenes and watch actors performing and stuff happening right before his eyes. This technology will change movies and gaming for good.

Holographic Television

Researchers at MIT's Media Lab are confidently predicting the holographic TVs will be available to consumers at an affordable prices within a decade. They are reporting a new approach to generating holograms that could lead to color holographic-video displayes that cost less to produce than existing monochromatic technology. An optical chip that the team has built for less than $10 has been said to be able to show the colored holographic images at a rate of 50 gigapixels per second. After 3D TVs flopped, the new tech shows that it's not only about the video quality, rather it's about the video quality and the viewing area.

Wireless Electricity

The fact that we can charge our phones from a considerable distance is proof that we could build a kind of structure that allows us to move electricity from one place to another without having to use the wires. This could lead us to a planet without the electricity wires on the sides of the roads, in the fields and under the ground. This however seems a bit farfetched but it's definitely something that we're going to see on a small level in less than a decade.

Hypersonic Trains

Japan that invented the world's first bullet train is now working on a floating train run by magnets which will travel a 100 miles/hour faster than the current bullet train, which is around 300 miles per hour.

Neurohacking

Neuro scientists are developing methods to read peoples' minds for decades and the progress by top researchers in this area is increasing at an alarming rate. By decoding the brainwaves, it'd be an advancement in psychology especially in the area of mental health. It'd be great for people who suffer from mental illnesses. There's another scary concept that involves manipulating the minds of people and controlling them remotely. That's just scary and will need some laws to prevent that.

Invisibility

To most of you, this may sound like science fiction and to some of you, this will be exciting. Well, as opposed to unrealistic concepts like time traveling and teleportation, invisibility cloaks exist. Yes! I saw them in the Harry Potter movies. Ha! Only joking. In 2011, research was conducted to build a mechanism to make a tiny object like blood cell invisible, the cloak is made by artificial materials called metamaterials which hide the object by altering the light that hits it. Scientists are now working to create such a cloak for larger objects. See? It's true. And sometime in the future we may actually see it somewhere in the world.

Flying Cars

With self driving car now a reality, people have been talking about flying cars for a while. This has been the dream of many people ever since Ron and Harry drove to Hogwarts on one. This is a fairly controversial research area as it entails a lot more that meets the eye including safety the most, many people struggle with the normal driving. Flying cars are dangerous and even deadly with some killing their inventors. This is a debate that may not end even at the time when there are many flying cars available to buy on amazon.

3D Printing

3D printing is already taking off in a big big way, so much so that people are making houses with 3D printers. 3D printing basically allows you to create any shape which gives a green signals to a lot of ideas and the things we can do with it. Everybody wants to own a 3D printer these days. And it's better than the traditional manufacturing techniques because it copies the whole thing without adding or removing anything. This is copy and paste of the real world and everyone knows it has potential to change our world for good.

Autonomous Robots

Autonomous robots can act on their own, independent of any controller. The basic idea is to program the robot to respond a certain way to outside stimuli. The very simple bump-and-go robot is a good illustration of how this works. With the advancement in artificial intelligence, some scientists fear that machines will surpass human being in intelligence and creativity and may pose a threat to mankind. Scientists are working on the ways to safeguard human beings. But this is an industry that is potentially very important to us, and research will continue until we create a robot that is as intelligent and as creative as humans.

  2. BIOPRINTING: Have to say very clearly to the religious, once and for all, that we are NOT interested in their religious stories for ignorant, nor their "ethical debates" about anything (they would have to debate whether is it ethical that children perish of hunger in the Third World deliberately maintained, because without poor and ignorant there is not religion, while pontifices living in golden palaces eating partridges, they would have to debate whether is it ethical that all global media are secretly under the tight religious (Inquisition) control to continue "forever and ever" buying-fooling-terrorizing the World on behalf of their sanguinary false gods). We do not want more religion stories nevermore. What we do want with the BIOPRINTING techniques is to get THE IMMORTALITY, period. Humanism (wheat)...religion (darnel).
